Jess Lee is the founder and CEO of fashion brand Modern Citizen. Modern Citizen’s brick and mortar location used to be just downstairs from my office, and I have a number of their classic pieces (including a blouse I bought years ago between sessions after a coffee spill emergency!). Jess is also a mom of two young kids, and has been juggling parenthood in tandem with managing a rapidly scaling company— I loved chatting with her about how she resources herself in motherhood, how she uses her calendar as to-do list AND values check, and so, so much more.
